The PPID of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is responsible for coordinating the provision, service, storage, and documentation of all Public Information within the university.

1. To carry out the collection, storage, and organization of public information at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
2. To carry out public information services at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
3. To carry out the responsibility of fulfilling citizens' rights to obtain access to public information at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
4. To provide assistance in the resolution of public information disputes at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

Duties of the Implementing PPID of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta

1. To assist the Main PPID in carrying out its responsibilities, duties, and authorities within the faculty/postgraduate school environment.
2. To implement the technical policies for Public Information services that have been established by the PPID.
3. To consolidate the processes of storing, documenting, providing, and servicing Public Information.
4. To collect Public Information documents from Public Information Service Officers in Public Bodies.
5. To assist the PPID in verifying Public Information documents.
